Established in 2004 as Hope Theatre Company, Hive North is a not-for-profit arts organisation that specialises in verbatim theatre. We create exciting, challenging theatre that empowers our audiences. We present educational and original work including productions aimed for and about the LGBT+ community.

 

Our work often includes working with artists at the very beginning of their careers, nurturing their talent and mentoring them through the industry.

Hive North receives no regular funding, relying on ticket sales, project grants and private sponsorship to enable us to continue our work.

We offer three types of membership. 

 

DRONEBEE 

£300+ per year

• Logo or personal accreditation on our website

• Logo or personal accreditation in show programmes

• Social media posts about the partnership

• Dedicated booking line with no booking fees

• Invite to our annual supporters event

• Yearly ticket allocation of 4 tickets

 

WORKERBEE

£1500+ per year

• All the benefits of a Drone Bee

• Yearly ticket allocation of 10 tickets

• Interval drinks for you and your guests at allocation bookings

• Show programme for you and your guests at allocation bookings

• Opportunities to purchase discounted advertising in programmes

• Opportunity to purchase additional tickets at discounted rates

 

QUEENBEE

£3000+ per year

• All the benefits of a Worker Bee

• Yearly ticket allocation of 18 tickets

• Priority booking period

• A full page advert in one show programme

• Acknowledgement in printed playtexts

• Cast signed playtext (where available)
